What non-dMw game - with dMw potential - do you play the most?

Following the thread from earlier I just got curious... I don't game much anymore, but for me it would be ARMA II. Imho it has potential, but I am not sure we have enough members willing to climb the learning curve and also come to terms with the fact that ARMA II isn't really a game as much as a simulation... I am not sure I have eithr...

The 2 I play would be TF2 and UT3, both I seem to remeber have either been tried or where rejected as we had only just got the CoD4 servers in and up.

Also play Arma II

I think that's a game much like Team Fortress 2. Some people will love it, but many others won't. It also competes a bit with CoD 4 which people are still starting to play. I played the demo of Arma II and didn't think it felt like a finished game, though it had some really great ideas that I'd like to see move across to other FPS games.

Maybe when it's patched I'll change my mind.

Again I think TF2 is a great game specifically for team work. But I think it's unfair to use the server space for a TF2 server again. We've tried many times but people just don't seem to want to use it.

I play the Warcraft 3 scenario dota a lot (defense of the ancients).

It is basically 2 teams of 5 fighting each other with hero's and it is super dependant on team play. So if anyone else plays dota, let me know

I got CoD 4 to join in with that but I think because it wasn't the steam server browser and I didn't have HLSW at the time I found it a pain to see if a game was on. Might give it a go when I have my internet connected next week (borrowing at the moment).

I gave Americas Army 3 a go and it seems pretty good, I've not played it enough to see if it's right for DMW, but it is free.

I don't think any other of the games I have would work too well, not sure if Stalker or Farcry 2 even have multiplayer, and Crysis wars wasn't great and most of our members are or relatively low spec machines.

Aces highII is a great game ive played also, go here Link to have a look, its a cracking game, only thing is its monthly subscription, but you do get a 2 week trial and you dont have to enter any card details at all for the trial. one to look at maybe?

On a serious note, I've been looking for a dog-fighting style game for the LAN as it's something which I think lots of people would enjoy as a diversion. So well up for introducing it if it's popular. We bandied around the idea of Red Baron but it wouldn't work on 64-bit.

I presume it's an updated version we're talking about and commonly played?
