will it be on steam for pre release on the 5th... I will prob go with the either th 24.99 39.99 option,  69.99 is a waste of time as for the dlc it reads...if any, and does not include stand-alones,  at least with borderlands 2 they said yes there will be if you pay the extra

I'll snag the basic game but probably wait till launch before I have a look. I'm not much of an Alpha or beta tester type

Basic for me I think, it seems to cover everything needed to play and build stuff.
