I've been playing on a 970 with everything set to High. It can take a while to load and when I first jump in I'm stood in a world waiting for assest to load, but once it's caught up it seems to run ok for the most part. Can get stuttery when you come to the settlements.

Went to try the fix and it turns out that I'm an idiot... managed to install it to a hdd rather than my gaming ssd. I've moved it and it's loaded up so much quicker :lmfao:

I will be playing this on launch, no much point creating a company in beta since it will be wiped i presume.

I'm undecided on what server to join for launch, though myself and Jewels have toons on Lyonesse... though it does seem to be highly populated with French.

I created a toon on Slaekk 2 days ago. I kinda missed the Closed beta start due to various issues.
Anyway, seems all English speaking and having a blast as Coventant smiting all the heretics with righteous fire!
Yes, we appear to lose according to the map, but I find I'm mainly 50/50 in the fights I have been in and it's *fun* being the underdog

I'm seeing a lot of websites popping up with lists of companies. The how to says you have to join a faction first and with others in a faction can create a company. I picked Biringan just because it was the recommnded one, I assume if we want to play this together at least we have to be on the same server so perhaps that decision can be made nearer the time and published on the forums?

As a test I started the company creation process and it complained "deadmen walking" already existed. I didn't go much further trying to find an alternative.

 I'm curently on EU Andromeda in the Syndicate faction, no companies listed with that name that I could access. I can't tell at what level (Region, Server, Faction etc) company names need to be unique, but worth someone getting in earlier with the preferred name.

I've also read that there has been issues with naming characters/orgs in general as their algorithmic rules are a bit restrictive.

You need to be in a faction (and at least lvl 10) before you can create a company. I would assume in this case, all companies will get wiped for release.

Note: I was never going to create the company, it's above my pay grade

I was hoping to join Baggins_tv twitch streamer, been chatting to him a fair bit and he streams New World a lot.. he's going to announce nearer the release time what server, but atm they have about 40-50 people joining them but companies can hold 100 so more than enough room for all.

might be going Covenant on the Fae server at launch... just don't think DMW will be able to get enough people in game for us to much as a company.

I have bought the game. Not sure I will play much in beta.  As progress gets wiped.
