EA has told VideoGamer.com that both the PC and Xbox 360 versions of Left 4 Dead will be released on November 7th in the UK, three days after it is to be released in the U.S.

I know but that was about a year ago. Now we are getting close to release.

I think the game will fit perfectly with our style of play.

Left4Dead available for pre-purchase
 
Those who want to take the plunge and pay for the game ahead of time can expect to fork out $44.99 USD thanks to the ten percent discount, which is about £22.50 GBP. The game is not currently available for pre-load though, so don't expect to be downloading the content or actually playing it just yet.

Left4Dead will be fully released next month on the 18th of November, but players can look forward to a demo beforehand. Valve has got around to giving the demo a firm release date too - Halloween: October 31st.

I tried the demo at pc gamer showdown up north to be honest i thought it was fun and it was a lan game. Shame the full version won't be out for the lan.
