I've tried it with a AI race but not yet Online, and once I used the Pin Hack to remove the pin, so it doesn't sit in my line of sight, the app has good potential to save those blind spot / where the hell is he, BOINK, oh there he is, moments.

Qualify: 15 Minutes
Sprint Race: 8 Laps
Long Race: 34 Laps, Fuel Rate: 1.0x (appr. 53 liters fuel needed for the race)

I'll try a new method for prebooking for the long race, which should assert a proper grid, but has the disadvantage of no practicing before the race.

Due to the new patch, and probably more incoming hot fixes, we will run an Official car and Official track this week so as there will be no problems with Mods and updates.  Maybe not the most popular track but we haven't done it yet, same with the car.  Paddle shifter, rear wheel drive, short track, no roof; should be fun...We'll see!

Still about the previous combo. Like I talked with Neys online, the patch seemed to be bit 'rushed out' (like no car-car collision in MP).

For me the patching had done some more damage. I came online directly after pacthing so I hadn't noticed anything wrong before joining. The car rear end felt odd. I could lose it very easily. I was spinning in places I hadn't been even with AC Cobra. Sometimes even lifting bit of the throttle was enough.

So after leaving I verified integrity of local files in Steam. Well it didn't pass so it had to reload some files. After that I tried the same combo again and...*phew*...it felt the same as before again (for the ten or so laps I did). I have no idea what files were bad, but it is interesting that I was able to play it like normal except the car was all over the place.

The most long lasting effect of this is that I have lost much of my confidence to the game. I cannot trust that everybody I driving the 'same' car (assuming the set is same) :sad:

Aquilifer, someone else was complaining of no rear grip last night too. does make you wonder what it is they are changing!
